This Privacy Policy describes Our policies and procedures on the collection, use, and disclosure of Your information when You use the Service and tells You about Your privacy rights and how the law protects You.

We use Your Personal data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, You agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. This privacy policy applies to all information collected through our website (such as onepass.freebike.com or freebike.com ), mobile application, ("App"), and/or any related services ("Sites").

1.  WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?

The personal information you disclose to us:

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering at the Sites or Apps, expressing an interest to use our bikesharing scheme or obtain information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on the Sites or Apps or otherwise contacting us.

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the Sites or Apps, the choices you make, and the products and features you use. The personal  information we collect can include the following:

Name and Contact Data: We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, and other similar contact data.

All personal information that you provide to us must be true, complete, and accurate, any change of your personal information can be done at  https://onepass.freebike.com .

We do not collect any detailed information about the payment card used to pay for the rental of the Freebike bike.

2.  HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you or the fulfillment of the contract with the bikesharing services operator, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent.

We use personal information collected via our Sites or Apps for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on legitimate business interests of Freebike service ("Business Purposes"), in order to enter into or perform a contract with you ("Contractual"), with your consent ("Consent"), and/or for compliance with our legal obligations ("Legal Reasons"). We indicate the specific processing grounds we rely on next to each purpose listed below.

We use the information we collect or receive:

To provide you with our services, especially to register, execute payment procedure, manage your account and interact with you through the App, website, email, or SMS and meet our commitments related to our service standards and our Terms and conditions. 

To contact you: We may use your personal information to send you service and new feature information and information about changes to our terms, conditions, and policies. We may use your information to request feedback and to contact you about your use of our Sites or Apps.

To fulfill and manage your requests: we may use your information to fulfill and manage your freebike usage, payments, returns, and exchanges made through the Apps or website.

To enforce our terms, conditions, and policies: we may use your personal information to respond to legal requests and prevent harm. If we receive a subpoena or other legal request, we may need to inspect the data we hold to determine how to respond.

Vital Interests: We may disclose your information where we believe it is necessary to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding potential violations of our policies, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the safety of any person and illegal activities, or as evidence in litigation in which we are involved.

We may need to process your data or share your personal information in the following situations:

Vendors, Consultants, Operators of bikesharing system and Other Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your data with third-party service providers or contractors who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, customer service, bikesharing operator. We may allow selected third parties to use tracking technology on the Sites or Apps, which will enable them to collect data about how you interact with the Sites or Apps over time. Unless described in this Policy, we do not share, sell, rent, or trade any of your information with third parties for their promotional purposes.

Business Transfers:  We may use Your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or another sale or transfer of some or all of Our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which Personal Data held by Us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.

5.  DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES?

We may use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect and store your information.

We may use cookies and similar tracking technologies (like web beacons and pixels) to access or store information. We also may use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, it’s usage may collect information as IP address, time of visit, location, and repeated visit. Google Analytics is subject to Google’s privacy policy. We use such technologies to monitor traffic, improve our web, apps, and other services.

 

6.  HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes set out in this privacy policy. We will delete your personal information upon your request at https://onepass.freebike.com .

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

We will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Sites or Apps is at your own risk. Account Information

If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can:

■    Log into your account settings at https://onepass.freebikec.com and update your user account.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases as long the rules for termination of your account are followed (No rental in any system for over 7 days, all debts are settled). However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms and conditions and comply with legal requirements.

Cookies and similar technologies

Most Web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. 9.   CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this Privacy Policy.

This privacy may be updated every now and then. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
